The Franchisee would have to be in a position to provide :

• Premises with floor area of 1500 sq.ft. in a fairly posh locality.
  
  

• The premises would have to be air-conditioned.
  
  

• Franchisee would have to invest approximately Rs.10 lacs in the fitness equipment, which would have to be purchased from Bodyline Sports (Franchiser).
  
  

• Franchisee would have to invest approximately Rs.5 lacs in other assets.
  
  

• The Franchisees would pay fixed monthly charges for Maintenance of the equipment @ 5% of the Equipment cost.
